The Greater Scranton Jaycees announce their annual Santa Parade in downtown Scranton to be held Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. As many as ten helium-filled balloons, colorful floats, twirler groups, dance animal acts and marching bands take part in this regional holiday event.
