Description
The Calligrapher’s Guild of Northeastern Pennsylvania will hold a workshop on broad pen drawings on Saturday, November 14, 2009 9am -3:30pm at Marywood University, Shields Center for Visual Arts Room 225. You will improve your ability to manipulate the broad-edge tool and find your overall calligraphy skills benefit as a result. You’ll begin with basic calligraphy strokes and then learn pen manipulation and basic line drawing techniques to create images of flowers, animals. etc. Please call (570) 542-5416 for details and items needed. $30 for Guild members $37 for non-members. Reservations required by November 8th.
