Out of Body Experience - November Chat and CD Meditation - Bring your OBE books!

At our meet-ups, we typically take about 30 minutes to chat about our experiences, then we listen to a meditation CD. I will bring a selection of CDs and we can decide as a group, which one we want to try out. Since the meditations last up to 50 minutes, I will bring individual air mattresses for added comfort. We will be using a shared CD player and headphones (provided). If you would like to bring your own headphones or eye masks, that's great. At our October meetup, we decided that we want to explore ideas and techniques presented in various books, like Russell's Astral Dynamics. Bring your books so we can take a look at them. Maybe we'll pick one to use as a group. Important note: The room is really cold, so dress warmly and even bring a blanket so you can be comfortable during the meditations.
