Description
At our meet-ups, we typically take about 30 minutes to chat about our experiences, then we listen to a meditation CD. I will bring a selection of CDs and we can decide as a group, which one we want to try out. Since the meditations last up to 50 minutes, I will bring individual air mattresses for added comfort. We will be using a shared CD player and headphones (provided). If you would like to bring your own headphones or eye masks, that's great.
