I wanted to find a place that was spectacular, special and inviting so i choose the Skyspace. The Skyspace is a large, elegant, round, viewing chamber with molded, comfortable, contured, concrete benches all around its interior walls. This is a round room with 30 ft high ceilings. There is a 20ft hole in the ceiling that the name "The Sky Space" comes from. For most people massage is a definite plus to have in their life, So therefore I will make sure you're massaged. Exercise, I will make sure we exercise. Nutrition, I will make sure we discuss good tasting recipes while you are there to help you eat better. Last is meditation, I will make sure we meditate, we will all go into a deep meditative state. When you come out of your meditation you will feel revived and refreshed. I'm a gifted teacher, I hope your experience will allow you to agree with me. I promise you, if you come to this group it will be the highlight of your whole week, you'll get balanced, feeling great and most importantly put a bounce in your step when you leave.
