This Free workshop series is designed to help you best position your business for 2010 and is being sponsored in part by the City of Scottsdale and the Scottsdale Cultural Council. The event is being held in the remodeled Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts!!
8 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.
Key Note presentations by Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard, Kimber Lanning, President/Local First Arizona and John Little, Scottsdale City Manager (with time for audience questions). Their remarks will center on strategies for an enhanced Arizona Economy.
9:20 a.m. - 11 a.m. Workshop #1 Business Branding
CEO’s of Arizona Tasti D lite; Tilted Kilt (Arizona pub and eatery) and Flypaper (an Arizona web site management software).
11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. How to finance your business without a bank.
11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch - on your own

1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Workshop #2 Business Safety
US Secret Service (counterfeiting); FBI (cyber crime) and Scottsdale Police (site safety).
2:35 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Workshop #3
Featuring Cox Communications, sharing information about their newly available business products and then Dean Martin, Arizona Treasurer with his perspective on the Arizona Economy.
Vendors
There will also be more than 50 vendors on site who offer products and services for enhancing your business, gift certificates to area restaurants and drawings for Resort/Hotel and Restaurant visits.
