Hey Jammers! Tomorrow is our first jam! Come support our newly formed community. (The first jammers are always the best jammers.) Laura Peralta will be leading the workshop. Laura is a Dance Movement Therapist exploring the link between mind, body and emotions. www.fusionmstudio.com For those who are terrified by dance and movement, I assure you this workshop will help you be more comfortable at the jam. This is a non judgemental environment. Radical expression is accepted. BRING artwork and a journal to write in! Bring water! AND BRING DECORATIONS!
