Macro Workshop #3 2012

Ever wanted to get closer to your subject? Really close? Like a flower, a gemstone, a rare coin, insect or even the print on your newspaper?

The three hour Macro workshop helps you to understand the nature of macro photography. We'll review the tools, techniques, composition, lighting and some of the challenges they present.

Weather permitting, we'll shoot in the field, applying what we've learned in the classroom session.

Learn how to use macro lenses, extension tubes, reversal rings and bellows. Explore lighing techniques that include off-camera strobes, ring flash, reflectors and fill lights - all items that are vitally important to getting your macro shots to pop!
