We have taken the TRX Suspension Strap system and put our own slant
on it by creating this fast paced workout that will push your endurance
and test your fitness levels! It is truly a full body workout.

Cost: Payment required - $15 drop in - $10 for members of Def Fit - Membership $20 month includes two free classes
