Namaste to all those on the Dharma Path We are pleased to announce a 4 week crash course in basics of Tibetan Buddhism. Learn the key elements of Tibetan Buddhism and meditation before heading headlong into the Holidaze! Each week will be 1 hour. Jay Rivera received his training in this class at one of the largest Tibetan Buddhist centers in the US. He is back in LA now, where he will lead a 4 week class in the basics of Tibetan Buddhism and meditation instruction. Please do not rsvp 'maybe'.... this is LA, so no flakes :) The class is 4 Thursday nights in a row and ends the week before Thanksgiving. October 29th November 5th November 12th November 19th 6pm - 7pm no fee, donations welcome all reading materials will be provided bring a meditation cushion of you have one, if not we have some.
