Ashtanga Yoga - Meditation in motion Meetup

Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm at Home Simply Yoga Studio in Santa Monica, CA. HOME SIMPLY YOGA STUDIO is located at 1547 6th Street between Broadway & Colorado in Santa Monica. It is in a residential neighborhood. DIRECTIONS: From the 10 Freeway heading into Santa Monica take the 5th Street Exit, then take a right (East) onto Colorado Avenue and a quick left (North) onto 6th Street. Studio is 190 feet on the right in a professional building. The studio is nestled behind the back of the building. Enter through the gate on south side of building. PARKING: An abundance of FREE street parking is available on 6th Street and 7th Street. In addition on Colorado Avenue there are metered spaces between 6th & 8th street that are FREE after 6pm. Classes are taught on a donation basis, donation meaning the act of giving. Donation classes are part of my commitment to the community to make yoga classes available to all those who have a sincere interest in learning the practice. The act of giving is a personal and individual act.
