Brenda Frazier will be the featured speaker at this month's "Valley Speaks," in the Shepard Room of the Santa Maria Public Library. In addition to Ms Frazier talking about the history of Gen Span, she will be showing videos of Gen Span's highly acclaimed Santa Maria's "First 100 Years."
