We will be discussing the work of Harry Palmer, creator of the Avatar tools. We will experientially navigate through our own operating beliefs in order to understand better the relationship between beliefs and experience. We will be exploring the effect of living deliberately, and how attention operates. What are the functions of consciousness and how do we explore our own? These tools can be life changing and can increase ones appreciation of life.
