Title Its Just Yoga/$5 class When Wednesday, November 4, 2009 7:00 PM 20091105T020000Z Details Please join me at Moving People Dance for a 75 minute Vinyasa class on Wednesday night. I recently moved here from Michigan (trained with Jonny Kest) and was surprised at how slow yoga is taught in this town. So if you want to burn off extra tension and calories with a faster paced practice, please come check us out! Of course, the yoga room is a non-competitive environment, where you turn your focus inward, so all levels of experience are welcome. It truly is about linking breath and movement together to a variety of music. The class is fun, relaxed, and not about perfecting poses, but rather about feeling what it is like to live within your body...so be prepared to sweat and laugh and find the lighter side of yoga and the lighter side of you. ***This class is always/only $5 because I believe in spreading the gifts of yoga, and since so many don't partake in it due to the cost, I am trying to make it accessible to all.**** ***UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS A DANCE STUDIO NOT A YOGA STUDIO.
