Its Just Yoga/$5 Class

Please join me at Yoga Moves for a 75 minute Vinyasa class this Sunday at 12:30. Of course, the yoga room is a non-competitive environment, where you turn your focus inward, so all levels of experience are welcome. It truly is about linking breath and movement together to a variety of music.
