Races: Marathon, Half Marathon
COURSE: This is a USATF-certified course and a qualifying race for the Boston Marathon. The point-to-point route utilizes the area's streets, scenic paved trails, and paseos as it journeys through various Santa Clarita communities.
The event begins promptly at 7 a.m. in front of the Hyatt Valencia and finishes at the Valencia Town Center near the Hyatt where Marathon festivities and spectators will be awaiting incoming runners.
AID: Water stations are available at the start and finish lines, as well as every mile marker along the course. An electrolyte beverage is also provided at every mile marker beginning at mile 3, and energy gels at miles 9 and 20. Portable restrooms and medical aid stations are also provided along the course. Communication officials will be stationed at every mile and at medical aid stations in the event of an emergency.
