HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE EXPLORING SANTA CLARITA MEETUP GROUP! I thought that it would be fun to celebrate the new year by having a brunch. We will be having brunch at Margaritas Mexican Grill. The brunch at Margaritas is a great value at $14.95 for an all-you-can-eat Mexican feast! The buffet includes free-flowing champagne, salad bar (with a great shrimp ceviche), soup station (with some of the best menudo I've had anywhere), omelette bar, hand-made tortillas, a variety of steam tables with all of the classics you'd expect (huevos rancheros, chorizo, cheese enchiladas, mini-chimichungas, arroz con polo, chicken mole, carnitas, carne asada, etc.), and a dessert station.
