April 19 The Amazing Adventures of La Gioconda

May 17 Jung vs. Freud: A Surrealist's Dilemma

July 19 Hamlet and David: The Renaissance Invention of the Human

August 16 Those Naughty, Naughty Artists!

From the Early Renaissance Fra Filipo Lippi, and his six simultaneous common-law wives (all nuns, the Pope was not pleased), to revelations of artists dallying with royalty (and each other), this whimsical lecture looks at the deliciously naughty underside of Art History. It is a wonder some of these artists even found time to paint!
