As stress, frustration and anger fill our increasingly chaotic world, learn how Buddhist techniques of meditation and prayer are vital to our well-being and long-term happiness. This class will explore the general Buddhist approach to healing the problems of our life and of our world. No experience of meditation is necessary. A wonderful course and beautiful way to spend a Sunday morning! (Classes include guided meditation, prayers and a teaching.) Everyone is welcome.
