French Festival Bastille Day Celebration. 22nd Annual French Festival held on Bastille Day Weekend in Santa Barbara's Oak Park is where America celebrates France... and what's best is that it is free! Billed as the largest French celebration in the Western United States, French chefs cook cuisine from crepes to quiche, a huge huge Eiffel Tower and French-themed entertainment on three stages: cancan, hot jazz a la Django Reinhart and music and dance the entire time plus the Poodle Parade and c Fatales Drag Review.
