Description
Explore hands-on science exhibits while completing an Activity Booklet to share back at home. Our group will have 45 minutes on each level of the museum in order to enjoy all that the Discovery Center has to offer. We can investigate geological processes that shape the Earth, create our own stream, activate ocean waves, and even observe the underground dynamics of a geyser. Then, we will have a 30-minute educational demonstration focusing on the "Balance of Nature." Our field trip will end with 30 minutes in the DinoQuest area of the museum.
Parking is $3.00 per vehicle.
Enjoy a picnic lunch after visiting the Discovery Center! Santiago Park is located across the street from the Discovery Center, accessible via an underpass so pedestrians may reach the park without crossing the street.
