7 Days / 7 Islands / 7 Runs Sunday, January 18, 2009 - Sunday, January 25, 2009 Join Island Running Companys team of experienced runners and local island guides on daily scheduled morning runs ranging from 10K to 10 miles. Runs will travel through some of the islands most panoramic locations, visiting beaches, national parks, waterfalls, rain forests and picturesque island villages. Do you run 10-minute miles? No problem mon! Do you run 6-minute miles? Yeah mon! Registration includes on-island transportation to daily guided runs, race bag, water and refreshments.
