Description
We meet 2X per month to plan tabling events, Obama Outreach Orientations, and are now working on a Silent Auction Picnic for July 21st. We have secured a light rock band to entertain and received donations of food items from some popular restaurants in SJ. We need other donations like gift baskets, gift certificates, lunches with famous people, etc. We are working on getting some signed items from the SJ sharks, as well as lunch dates with Warrior or 49er players
Ideas for donations/entertainment/food at the picnic? Come to our next meetup at Tony and Alba's on Steven's Creek BLVD. on Weds 5/16 at 6:00 pm. Lots of contributors have great ideas. We need to unite South Bay Area supporters to help elect Barack in the primaries!
