[San Jose] Communication Hill Workout

NOTE THE NEW TIME! Great workout to get the week off to a fantastic start!! We will do this workout every Monday! Lots and lots of stairs. We will start with a mile warm up around the neighborhood and then hop onto the stairs! It's called Communication Hill and we will we well familiar with it by the end of the workout! Plan on running up it a few times! Meet us at the stairs at 6 00 and then we will do the one mile warm up.
