Bring weights if you have them! Especially 8 lb and 10 lb! We will start off with a mile warm up and then we will break up into teams and compete against one another for the title of KING OF CAMPBELL! It will involve sprinting, bootcampesque drills and funky stuff to get your heartrate going. As usual, I will bring the drinks, you bring the spirit! BRING A TIMER and/or SPORTS WATCH! Also, bring a towel in case it is wet on the ground.
