Mon 6 Sep 2010 Lighthouse Mosque Fundraiser & Iftar - Oakland, California Monday 6 September 2010 7:00 p.m. Lighthouse Mosque Fundraiser & Iftar In anticipation of the 27th Night of Ramadan, Lighthouse Mosque will have a Fundraiser on Monday, September 6th at 7:00 p.m. at the DeFremery Rec Center: 1651 Adeline St in Oakland. This will also serve as Lighthouse's last Iftar of the year, so it's free and open to the public. Complimentary dinner will be provided by Cafe Grillades. All are welcome to stay until 1:00 AM for Tarawih Prayer. . All Iftars will be free and open to the public. They will also be Green: All cutlery, cups, napkins and dishes will be reusable and all food will be composted inshallah. This year's Iftars will be held at DeFremery Recreation Center 1651 Adeline Street Oakland, CA. (Note that this is NOT at the Lighthouse Mosque on Martin Luther King near 47th.)
