In turn, use the same skills and tools to assess others to see if they really are the right target market for your experience.

Athens Kolias, MPM, PMP, is a Project Manager with 30 years of Customer Service, Event Planning and Inventory Control experience. In her role as the VP of Professional Development for the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of PMI, Athens manages Event Programs which provide project management knowledge and expertise. Athens currently teaches PMP Exam Prep courses to project managers around the country, and also teaches Emotional Intelligence skills and Stakeholder Management methods. Balancing technical skills with interpersonal leadership skills is Athens' instructional sweet-spot which helps good project managers become exceptional project leaders.

All cancellations are subject to a minimum $30 fee if done at least 5 days before the event. Cancellations after (date) are subject to the full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses.
