Branding You! Using Social Media to Market Your Professional Brand to Employers

By nature, the Project Management profession requires us to keep looking for our next assignment. We've got to keep our skills fresh and market ourselves professionally looking towards our next project. You may be looking for your next assignment internally in your organization or externally on a contract basis.

Either way, you need to know how to convey to other project and program managers what sets you apart. If you can't get that across, how will they ever know how great you are?!

By attending this event, you'll learn to:

-Understand the value of marketing yourself and your brand.

-Develop your Professional Brand.

-Use the 4 P's to Market your Professional Brand

-Use LinkedIn as a tool for promoting your brand

-Build your professional network

Shop for your next employer and connect with colleagues that count in this session led by SFBAC board member, Athens Kolias, MPM, PMP.

Whether you are a junior project manager working on building your own professional portfolio of experience, or a senior project manager honing in on your own specialty, this topic is for you. In turn, use the same skills and tools to assess others to see if they really are the right target market for your experience.
