Slow-roasted, hickory-smoked pork ribs that fall off the bone…tender beef brisket, seasoned for days and grilled to perfection…fresh, crisp cole slaw…moist, buttery cornbread…all washed down with ice cold, draft beer. Is your mouth watering yet?
The Guardsmen will host the inaugural Bay Area Barbecue Festival at Justin Herman Plaza in downtown San Francisco. The event will attract competitive cooking teams from around the Bay Area as well as thousands of attendees eager to sample exquisite barbecue, drink cold beer, listen to live music, and enjoy the festivities. Better yet, all proceeds from the Festival will benefit disadvantaged Bay Area youth, so you can partake in these culinary delights guilt-free!
