The Super Hero Self Defense program is for kids ages 5 and up. Class incorporates real life self defense techniques and escapes from a multitude of different martial arts. These techniques are easy for kids to learn and apply during a real life attack. Through this program your child will learn to be aware of their surroundings, discipline, confidence, and have fun!
