Rebirthing, Breathwork, Conscious Breathing, Holotrophic Breathwork are all techniques to create a space of healing and deeper understanding using the breath. Everyone can benefit from this work. Whether you desire a deep state of relaxation, a deeper understanding of your essence, a renewed connection to the Divine, a clearing of energy blockages in your being or a healing of past traumas, all of this is available through Rebirthing Breathwork. We meet at a yoga studio in San Francisco. The group begins with an overview of breathwork, what to expect and how it works. We then breathe for about an hour. Afterwards is an opportunity to share our experiences if you wish. We usually finish around 8:30pm I have been attending this group for 2 years and leading it since January.
