Description
So you've mastered the basics of pole dance and can confidently get through the basic poses, spins and transition moves without struggling mentally or physically. Now you're ready to move to the next level. This intermediate class series will guide you through the basic inverted poses and spin combinations that will be gradually incorporated into an artistic aerial pole dance routine. Transitioning with fluidity is emphasized at the intermediate level, as well as building more stamina through longer movement phrases. You will continue to tap into your hidden reserves of sensual and physical strength and become more confident in your abilities on and around the pole as a result.
