71st National Council on Family Relations Annual Conference

The National Council on Family Relations, founded in 1938, is the oldest, multi-disciplinary non-partisan professional organization focused solely on family research, practice and education. NCFRs Mission To provide an educational forum for family researchers, educators, and practitioners to share in the development and dissemination of knowledge about families and family relationships, establish professional standards, and work to promote family well-being. Purpose of the NCFR Annual Conference To provide a forum for professional development and discussion through plenary sessions, presentations of research and practice models, and dialogue among conference attendees. Approximately 1,200 - 1,300 professionals and graduate students attend the conference each year. NCFR is an approved provider of continuing education for APA, NASW (Metro Washington Chapter), and NBCC.
