The National Association for the Specialty Food Trade is a not-for-profit business trade association established in 1952 to foster trade, commerce and interest in the specialty food industry. The NASFT is an international organization composed of domestic and foreign manufacturers, importers, distributors, brokers, retailers, restaurateurs, caterers and others in the specialty foods business. The organization has more than 2,800 current member companies throughout the U.S. and overseas. North Americas Premier Marketplace for Specialty Foods The National Association for the Specialty Food Trades Fancy Food Shows(R) are the premier marketplace for specialty foods...where retailers, restaurateurs, distributors and others discover innovative, new food and beverage products. Recent Fancy Food Shows have attracted up to 24,000 attendees from every major food buying channel, influential members of the trade and consumer press and other related businesses. These attendees come to see thousands of exhibitors from around the world; most are passionate entrepreneurs who created their recipes and started their companies. These trend-setting businesses showcase more than 250,000 innovative products at our annual Shows. To exhibit at an NASFT Fancy Food Show, you must first become an NASFT Exhibiting Member if you are a U.S-based manufacturer, importer, broker or distributor. The Moscone Center (Moscone North, South and West) consists of more than two million square feet of building area, including over 700,000 square of exhibit space, up to 106 meeting rooms, and nearly 123,000 square feet of prefunction lobbies. Moscone West covers the better portion of one city block and rises to three levels, 110 feet, above street level.
