The Society for Industrial Microbiology (SIM) is a professional association dedicated to the industrial application of microbiology and biotechnology. We are devoted to providing the highest quality educational opportunities possible to our members. The annual meeting and exhibition continues to be an excellent opportunity for scientists and engineers from academia, government and industry to exchange information, share ideas, network, and advance the application of microbes, mammalian cells, and enzymes for industrial processes.
