The Moving Brush - An Intuitive Painting Class

Connect with your body and yourself. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Soulful, refreshing, meditative and FUN! This class will simultaneously help you play AND get centered! We begin with gentle, guided body awareness exercises. You'll effortlessly relax and breath easier. Once you've put your finger on your "inner pulse," then we paint! In an atmosphere of curiosity and non-judgment, you can explore and be in the moment to see what emerges! Trust the process! To encourage expansion, freedom, and movement, we use large pieces of paper hung on the walls. Spread out, chill out, and breath in! Ahhh.......
