Free Healthy Vegan Cooking Show @ Loving Hut San Diego

Vegan San Diego is a non-profit organization aiming to promote the vegan or plant-based diet through giving free-of-charge, monthly vegan cooking demonstrations around the San Diego county. Having less meat in your diet can better your health and that of the environment. However, many people do not know how to cook without meat - that's where we come in! By showing our audience how to prepare delicious vegan dishes, we hope people will realize that being a responsible and conscious consumer is something we can all do! The adoption of a vegan lifestyle is easy and fun - we're here to show you how!

There will be food sampling and raffle prizes -- please come and bring your friends! The event will be held at Loving Hut restaurant in San Diego.
