Outdoor Programs offers a series of canoe/kayak trips to listen to the summer concerts hosted by Humphrey’s Concerts by the Bay. We will begin canoeing while the sun is still out but return after the sun has set. It will take our group about 15-20 minutes to paddle from the boat launch to an area on the water where we can listen to the musical group/comedy act. We will return to the vans as a group and may be on the water for 2-2.5 hours. No previous experience necessary. Join us for this unique summertime experience.

In July of 2008, during a visit to the West Coast to appear at Comic-Con in San Diego, Tori Amos stopped by Los Angeles for a business lunch. During the meeting a woman passed Tori's table, talking animatedly on the phone. When somebody told her Doug Morris was on the other end of the line, Amos interrupted the woman on the phone and said, "Please send Doug my love." Humphrey's Concerts By The Bay
Humphrey’s Concerts by the Bay is located between Humphrey’s Restaurant and Humphrey’s Half Moon Inn. The 1,400 seat outdoor theatre, ideally situated on San Diego Bay, has been presenting a wide variety of major attractions since 1982. Generally running from May through October, Humphrey’s Concerts covers the total spectrum of entertainment from rock and jazz to comedy, blues, folk and international music.
