Miki Vale
Oxnard, CA native, Miki Vale, became adept with a pen and pad at an early age. In elementary school she started writing poetry, an interest that would later serve her well as a songwriter. In the late 80’s, her older brother Zoltan was a DJ who made Hip Hop mix tapes. Zoltan's vast record collection and mix tapes introduced Miki to such "golden era" Hip Hop artists as MC Lyte, Special Ed, Gangstarr, Nice & Smooth, and Public Enemy. Brick By Brick features artists and music ranging from Suzanne Vega, to Henry Rollins, and DJs like Kid Koala. We are a 21 and up venue. The club features a fully stocked bar and an awesome staff to take care of all your needs.If you just want to relax, we have a fantastic lounge with comfortable couches and a big screen TV where you can kick back and watch videos. The club has a great drinking and smoking patio. If shooting pool is your thing we also have two pool tables for your entertainment.
