Wayne Hulgin, a talented mid-career artist and teacher living and working in San Diego, will be showcased in a major solo exhibition at the Earl & Birdie Taylor/Pacific Beach Library. Free tours of this unusual exhibition are available for high school, college, and university art students and community groups on request. Please contact Lugo at (619) 238-6627 for more information. Note: A special artist's reception is planned for Sunday, November 2, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m..
