Description
This program is unique in that it focuses on the multidisciplinary integration of the expertise from cardiology, cardiac surgery and cardiac anesthesia in presenting the fundamental concepts and impact of echocardiography on perioperative decision-making for the cardiac surgical patient. The Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists (SCA) is an international organization of over 6,000 cardiac, thoracic, and vascular anesthesiologists that promotes excellence in clinical care, education, and research in the subspecialty. SCA conducts three meetings per year with excellent opportunities for commercial supporters to support the educational and scientific programs and gain exposure to the membership and registrants through exhibits, satellite symposia, and sponsored activities.
