Description
Instead of meeting at the karate studio, today I have the privilege of leading Kashi's (the cereal company) wellness day at La Jolla shores. There will be an all-levels-welcome class beginning at 9am. The class will go until 10:30am. Thanks to Kashi, the class is free for all who attend. Please feel free to contact me or go to the Kashi website for more information. I will update this site as I receive more information.
