How reliable is that phenomenon? Peerless got a Sell S12 at 10000. Now we are rallying wihtout a new Buy. I'd say watch the QQQQ. It has what may be a perfect head and shoulders pattern developing. We can use a breakout above the apex of the right shoulder to buy aggressively. The support still of the gradual up-trendline of the Advance Decline and the rising and 65-day ma give traders great places to use as pivot point. It is now very hard to get a new Peerless Sell. So play the Closing Power trend-breaks I would say but watch the internal strength readings. What will have to happen to get a new Peerless signal? Come to the meeting...
