Event details: Lessons in Upcycling Your Wanderlust Treasures
Description
Felicia Morgenstern specializes in eco-friendly, handcrafted artisan jewelry and interior design concepts. She is the founder of Poetic Passports, an arts and education-based non-profit organization that utilizes poetry and prose to promote literacy, self-reflection, self-expression and community connection with a wide variety of populations.
Hostelling International Point Loma is located at 3790 Udall St., San Diego CA 92107. The workshop is free and open to the public, but RSVP is encouraged. To register, please call (619) 338-9981 ext. 14 or e-mail programs@sandiegohostels.org.
Hostelling International USA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting global understanding through travel. In addition to the Point Loma Hostel, the San Diego Council of HI-USA operates a hostel Downtown, in the heart of the Gaslamp District. HI-USA, San Diego also reaches out to the community through cultural education programs.
