Body Transformation FIT CAMP Meetup

A 45 minute Boot Camp directed by Athletic Nation Personal Trainers & Boot Camp Directors. We will meet at the Carmel Valley Community Park (NorthWest part of the park). Intersection of: El Camino Real & Townsgate Drive (92130). Mapquest link below. Parking information below. Expect to have fun and expect to be challenged. Meet other dedicated men and women focused on losing weight and earning real results. Feel free to bring a friend or spouse. Every workout is different! Expect to jump, push, pull, climb, sprint, squat and throw. Expect to tighten, tone and strengthen! Bring water and be sure to consume a SMALL carbohydrate rich meal one hour prior to the meetup. Plenty of parking spaces on the parking lot immediately off of the intersection of Townsgate and El Camino Real. From here take steps up to the park. We set up at top of stairs. Second Parking lot is next to the community center a few more yards up the street from the intersection. Parking is harder to come by here. We setup on the grass between both lots.
