Some will say that it started back in Pennsylvania, while others will tell you that it all began right here in southern California. Anyway you slice it, Silence Betrayed is what real rock and roll is all about, and they're not afraid to let you know it. 2000 The brainchild of founding member and bassist Mike Confer, the band was originally set to more of a "metal" pace, capturing the sounds and themes of some of Confer's earliest influences in music.
