Aikido of San Diego Training and Insight Group December Meetup

Each session covers elements having to do with grounding, centering, blending, and applying technique appropriately. Much emphasis is also placed on perspective that fosters infinite growth potential. Of course the context, techniques, and insight topics covered will change from class to class. This monthly meetup is $20 to participate and is paid when you RSVP. If you think you'd rather observe, you're welcome to see any of the classes at Aikido of San Diego that Goldberg Sensei is scheduled to teach. Check the ASD website for the entire class schedule, and directions. Participants may wear sweat pants and sweat shirt. A plain white uniform free of patches, logos, etc, and white belt may be worn if you have one. It's not required of beginners in this class.
