Easy turns, better grip, smooth glide-these are just a few of the benefits you'll experience, when your skis/snowboard are properly tuned and waxed. Join REI snow sports tech Dan Hom for a demonstration of the steps in the tuning process: prepping and repairing bases, filing edges and applying wax. Learn how to tune your skis/board for optimal performance in different snow conditions. Find out what tools you'll need to set up a simple shop at home.
