8:45 am-3 pm, Sunday, August 9 (host store: REI San Carlos)
This outing is for riders just starting out or those looking for a refresher course. We'll cover basic riding techniques, road riding etiquette and risks, and basic bike maintenance skills. REI Novara bikes will be provided for everyone without a bike of his/her own (no extra cost). Please bring your helmet and riding apparel. This outing is recommended for those 14 and older; under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
