Event details: 9th Annual Mount Diablo Trail Adventure: Get Dirty on Diablo
Description
Lace up your trail shoes, then head on over to Castle Rock Park in Walnut Creek for a fun foot race up Mount Diablo. When you register, you can choose your own challenge-half-marathon, 10K run, or family hike. The hike/run course will take you through Diablo Foothills Regional Park, up the slopes of Pine Ridge in Mount Diablo State Park, and back to Castle Rock Park through Pine Canyon. Early registration fees (through October 27) are: $35 for all races. Beginning October 28, event fees will increase by $5. All proceeds will benefit the land conservation efforts of Save Mount Diablo. You may register online at www.active.com or by mail (send registration and payment to Save Mount Diablo).
