Description
The AT&T Center San Antonio originally opened its doors as the SBC Center in 2002 and cost a whopping $175 million to build. The facility did not become known as the AT&T center San Antonio that we know today, until 2006 when naming rights were bought over. Located in this beautiful Texas city, the AT&T Center San Antonio features 498 television monitors, 50 luxury suites and a seating capacity of about 19,000. Since opening, the AT&T Center San Antonio has become a major venue for sports, music and live entertainment.
The AT&T Center San Antonio is currently home to the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs, the WNBA’s San Antonio Silver Stars and the AHL’s San Antonio Rampage. In addition to its tenants' games, the AT&T Center schedule annually hosts the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, as well as numerous concerts and live performances from the biggest names in entertainment. WWE Raw, Taylor Swift, Josh Groban, the Vans 'Warped' Tour and Backstreet Boys are just a few of those scheduled to play the AT&T Center San Antonio in the coming year.
